are nearby, including a public swimming pool, and an attractive riverside park. There is a choice of takeaway
food from Indian or Chinese restaurants or the local fish and chips shop.

The cottage is within easy reach by car, bus or train of the World Heritage City of Bath. Further afield other places of interest include: Bristol. Salisbury, Stonehenge and Cheddar Gorge. Attractions nearby include National Trust garden The Courts at Holt, Westwood Manor and Prior Park Landscape Garden in Bath. Stourhead is less than an hour's short drive away and Longleat with its great house, gardens and animal park is a similar distance. Bradford on Avon also hosts the Wiltshire Music Centre with regular recitals. There is also live music in some of the pubs and restaurants. |
